Mavo Mavo Women's Empowerment Collectiveis a small but innovative group of 3 members from Togo.
These 3 dedicated members provide and care for five other family members, including 3 children.
Fidele, is a 35 year old single mother with over 12 years experience in the restaurant and catering industry and operates a restaurant from her home. Specialising in rice, cous cous and fufu dishes, she is supported by her children at the restaurant when they are not in school.
Fidele intends to use her portion of the loan to renovate her restaurant and procure additional stock, aiming to attract more customers and boost profits. This expansion will afford her more time with her children.
MavoMavo Women's Empowerment Collective are now fully funded and the repayments to their investors will start in March!
