Have you ever wondered what we, as an agency, offer to our carers?
Below are some of the things you will get from the agency when you are a carer with us:
- 24/7 Staff Support - We are always available for you to contact, whether that is during office hours or on our on call phone line
- Face to Face & Online Training - We have a range of mandatory training available along with specialist training which we provide face to face, along with online when required
- Aspire - Dr Nikki Hill from Aspire Psychological Services attends our offices for monthly sessions and also has drop in sessions with our carers if they require it
- Local Business - We are a small company in Darlington and the majority of our foster carers and employees are based in the local area
- Mentorship - We offer mentorship with all of our new carers from some of our more experienced carers
- Young People's Activities - We offer a range of activities throughout the year for our young people, such as Halloween & Christmas events
- Christmas Events - We hold a festive carer meeting each December with a chance to get together, enjoy some games and have some delicious food
- Biscuits - We always have an endless supply of biscuits when our foster carers visit the office!
