We found the assessment process OK. We enjoyed having the social worker dig deep into our lives and thought of this as a couples therapy and recapping our time together, apart and our childhood.
As for the standards part of the assessment process, westruggled at times to find the time to complete units with working full time and having a little one at home that wants our attention. More so to complete training online having to stop and start. Our supervising social worker was very helpful and once we completed a unit, she would give us almost immediate feedback or advice on what more needed adding.
Otherwise completing the assessment work was good using the guidance document to answer/complete units. We found a lot of the standards we already knew answer too through training.
